Simple Spam is in a limited creator beta. If something looks wrong, email us and include the step you were on, what you expected, and a screenshot if possible.
Quick start
Connect in three steps

Install the creator beta extension in Chrome.
- 02Sign in
Continue with the Google account that owns your channel.
- 03Review
Start in Assist mode and review suggested actions.
No owned YouTube channel was found
Confirm that you selected the Google identity which directly owns the channel. If the channel is a Brand Account, make sure you choose the identity attached to that Brand Account during Google sign-in, then disconnect and reconnect.
Can I explore without connecting a real channel?
Yes. Open the dashboard and choose Explore sample dashboard. The preview uses fictional comments, exercises the main workflow, and cannot change anything on YouTube.
Comments are not appearing yet
Confirm persistent protection is enabled and the channel is active. New comments are fetched on a schedule, so allow a short period for the first scan. Refresh the Creator Inbox after the scan completes.
Can Simple Spam report comments automatically?
No. YouTube does not provide the extension with an automatic spam-report action. Simple Spam can open the comment on YouTube so you can report it manually. Supported creator moderation actions can be performed from the review queue.
How do I remove access and delete my channel data?
Select Delete account in Simple Spam. This requests token revocation and deletes the hosted account and associated creator data. Sign out on this browser only removes that browser session. You can also revoke Simple Spam in your Google Account.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include your Chrome version, extension version, the page you were using, exact steps to reproduce the issue, and a screenshot with private information removed.
